Our licensed Florida clinicians diagnose and treat common conditions during a video visit and, when clinically appropriate, prescribe medication — sent electronically to the pharmacy you choose. A visit never guarantees a prescription. Common visits include asthma inhaler refills, UTIs, sinus infections, anxiety, and insomnia.

Insurance
Insurance credentialing is in progress. We're currently accepting self-pay while we complete payer enrollment. Visits before a plan's effective date are self-pay and can't be billed to insurance later.
Cancellations within 24 hours and no-shows are subject to a $50 fee. Read the FAQ.
Your right to a Good Faith Estimate
Under the No Surprises Act, patients who are uninsured or choose not to use insurance have the right to a written Good Faith Estimate of expected charges before care. SofaCare provides one with every booking, and you can request one any time at contact@sofacarehealth.com or 321-416-1473. If a bill is at least $400 more than your estimate, you may dispute it — details are on your estimate.
